We operate on a Payment on Delivery basis to ensure trust and transparency.

You only pay when:
• Your shipment has cleared customs in Lebanon
• It is delivered to your location

We ensure secure handling of your shipment during transit. However, we are not liable for:

• Product defects

• Items missing from supplier

If damaged on arrival:
• Contact us within 24 hours
• Send clear photos/videos
• We'll investigate and assist as needed

Shipments can be cancelled only before the pickup from your supplier.

Cancellation is not possible if:
• Goods are already in our Guangzhou warehouse
• Export, consolidation, or customs process has begun

Please notify us ASAP if you wish to cancel.
